The Russian Centre of Science and Culture in New Delhi is happy to announce the start of the 2019/2020 academic year Russian Government’s Scholarship programme.  Within the framework of this programme, you will have a chance to receive a grant for a free-of-cost higher education in Russia’s leading universities.

To apply for scholarship, you will need to register on the website https://russia.study/en, fill in all the necessary details, including the programme you wish to study and select up to six Universities of your choice (please note that you cannot select more than two universities from the same city). The list of all the universities and programmes you can apply to can be found by visiting the following web pages https://russia.study/en/universities, https://russia.study/en/programs.

Also in order for us to review and accept your application, you will need to upload copies of the following documents:

• Print out the application form, by pressing the print button under your photo, fill it in (do not tick the compatriots section, unless one of your parents has Russian citizenship, sections 3, 4 and 5 are filled in by representatives of Russian Federation in a foreign country so leave them blank), sign it, scan it, and upload it back to the website.

• Certificate and marksheets of 10^th and 12^th class (for candidates who apply for bachelor and specialist degrees)
• Diploma and transcript of your marks (semester wise) – if you are applying for masters or PhD programmes
• Passport
• Letter of recommendation (if any)

Once it is done you can hit apply for scholarship button, you will be informed about the results once all the applications will be reviewed by the Special Selection Committee.
